The resistivity of a silver conductive ink depends on its formulation, the deposited thickness, the mesh used, the printing conditions and the curing cycle.
VFP silver inks are developed to achieve high electrical conductivity after curing. Some formulations reach low resistivity levels while retaining properties suited to industrial constraints. Exact values should be checked in the technical data sheet of each grade.
VFP develops silver conductive inks with low-temperature curing for heat-sensitive films: a conductive ink for PET, polyimide or paper substrates. Drying and curing conditions depend on the formulation, the substrate and the deposited thickness. Stretchable grades behave as a flexible conductive ink and maintain conductivity on flexible printed circuits subjected to repeated bending.
